Along with every other hostelry we have some cask and keg beer in our cellar which will, if not drunk, be poured away, help us avoid this situation by bringing along a clean sealed container, during the hours above, and we will fill it for you with your favourite tipple for just £1.75 a pint.
Thank you for your continued support and custom. Together we will get through this

COVID-19 STATEMENT 18.03.20
Well what a few weeks its been?! Not nice for anyone and we really do hope you are keeping safe and well!
We wanted to let you all know we are still very much open for business. Its certainly a trying time for everyone and all we can try and do is help people laugh a little more & smile a little more!
We are well aware of our local residents in Hanmer especially the vulnerable! We are more than happy to do takeaways for you just call us to order! We will also do local deliveries on Mothers Day for anyone wishing to treat their mum but at home! Call us and we will deliver their Sunday Lunch. All this can be arranged over the telephone 01948 830 458. Staff and customer welfare is paramount, its obvious to say we have completely overhauled our cleaning strategies. You all know how proud we were of our 5* hygiene rating a few weeks ago, this is echoed through the pub and restaurant! We have the illusive hand sanitizer available on the bar.
We are sure you all have plenty of common sense to wash your hands on arrival & please, if you feel ill or have been in contact with someone that may of shown symptoms, self isolate.
We have created a takeaway & delivery menu, we ask you support us at this tough time, we would love to still serve you amazing food. For our menu’s, please click here.
Take care everyone, be kind & stay safe
Thank you for your continued support & custom
Lot of love….#teamhanmer xx
